The United States Federal Government under the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) requires QuickFee to collect full ownership and personal disclosure information. The Customer Due Diligence (CDD Rule) came into effect on 11 May 2018 and requires all Financial Institutions and Payment Processors to identify and verify the identity of customers (controlling officer) & beneficial owners (those owners with 25% or greater equity holding). The law is designed to combat domestic and international money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial crimes.
