If You enter, or have entered, into an agreement with QuickFee that authorizes Recurring Card Payments or have signed a QuickFee Card Recurring Payment Authorization Form (each a “Recurring Card Payment Agreement”), then:
You understand and agree that any and all changes in your account information, including requests to terminate this agreement or any Recurring Card Payment Agreement, must be in writing and be delivered to QuickFee, at the below address, at least 21 days prior to the next due date within the Recurring Card Payment Agreement (“Payment Due Date”). If the Payment Due Date falls on a weekend or holiday, You understand and agree that the payment may be executed on the next business day. You certify that You are an authorized user of this credit/debit card/bank account and will not dispute these scheduled transactions with Your bank or credit/debit card company; so long as the transactions correspond to the terms indicated in this Agreement or the Authorization Form.
You acknowledge that the origination of credit/debit card charges to Your account must comply with provisions of U.S. law and You agree not to dispute this recurring billing with Your credit/debit card issuer so long as the transactions correspond to the terms indicated in this Agreement or the Authorization Form.
