Posted invoices get sent to your clients once daily for CCH Axcess Practice. The sync occurs about every 4 hours for CCH ProSystem fx Practice Management.
We don’t integrate with CCH Axcess Tax – only CCH Axcess Practice and CCH ProSystem fx Practice Management. However, there are third-party platforms like SafeSend that can help. Please contact your QuickFee Relationship Manager for more information.
Yes, the QuickFee system will recognize an inactive client as it comes through our payment portal.
For this integration, Wolters Kluwer CCH Practice Management is the “source of truth” and where you would continue to create your invoices. Once it is created in the practice management system, we then sync up the information (including the invoice document) before emailing your clients.
